The working kitchen / A practical guide

How much does commercial oven cleaning cost?

Published third-party examples for a single commercial pizza oven range from about $300 to $550, but those figures are not Simmons prices or a quote for your kitchen. Simmons prices work after reviewing the oven, deposits, access, location and service window, so request a written scope before comparing bids.

01

Where does the $300 to $550 benchmark come from?

The range combines different companies’ published examples: Chim Chim Cheroo lists commercial pizza-oven cleaning at $300 to $400 per oven, while Ohio Conveyor Cleaning lists a $550 single-oven service. These are separate providers and scopes, not an industry average, a local guarantee or a Simmons rate card.

Published pages were checked on October 29, 2026. Prices can change, and the providers serve different markets and may include different work. Use the linked original pages to review conditions. We have not converted those examples into a claim about what Simmons will charge.

02

Why can two oven-cleaning quotes be different?

Quotes can differ because oven design, chamber count, deposits, access and service timing change the work. Travel and the areas included may also differ. A price for one accessible oven cannot be compared fairly with a stacked system or a package that also includes hood, duct or wider kitchen work.

Ask each provider to identify the actual units, included areas and exclusions. Check whether any disconnection, movement or repair needs a separate qualified provider. A lower headline figure is not enough information if the two quotes cover different systems.

  • Oven make, model and number of chambers.
  • Current deposits and last known clean.
  • Access, travel and timing.
  • Included surfaces and separate exhaust work.

How do I get a Simmons price for my kitchen?

Send the oven make and model, number of units, site ZIP code and a few clear photos. Add the available work window and any access restrictions. Simmons reviews those details to define the proposed work and price; the third-party examples on this page do not establish your final cost.

Start with the short quote form or call 866-377-9225. For a franchise group, prepare an address and equipment register so each site can be reviewed. Do not assume a multi-store plan uses the same price at every kitchen without a scope review.

04

Should hood cleaning be included in an oven price?

Only if the quote explicitly lists it. Oven chambers and kitchen exhaust systems are different scopes, and a hood, duct and fan may require separate access and planning. Ask what is included rather than assume an oven price covers the full ventilation system or a kitchen-wide deep clean.

Our hood-versus-oven guide helps separate the two systems. If you want both reviewed, provide photos and an inventory for each, including any landlord-controlled access. Compare the written work, not just the totals on two unrelated estimates.
